The rules of the MLS are very clear and experienced real estate professionals like myself will follow the rules but at the same time, we will create a full, accurate and professional advertisement of your home. One of the rules concerning the MLS is that we are required to fill out a form which contains what we will write in the MLS regarding your home.
You as the homeowner are required to review and sign this form so we

One is for buyers to see and one is reserved for Brokers, Agents and Home Sellers. This report has all of your homes photos, the public description of your home, the commission disbursement between the listing and cooperating broker and any fees charged in the MLS. I ask you to review this report and sign the bottom as approval.
